Sales and Client Representative - Nov 2017

Job Summary

We are currently looking for self-motivated, passionate, persistent and driven Sales and Client Representatives who will be responsible for selling our full line, best-in-class software solutions for local government. We are looking for a candidate that is located within select regions of the state to work on the road for 75% of the time.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Work directly with the Director of Sales to execute sales objectives in a specific territory.
  • Generate new business through phone calls, meetings, and other sources
  • Schedule in-person meetings with prospects and clients
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and engaging client presentations
  • Establishing and maintaining positive customer and employee relationships
  • Work independently and efficiently manage time accordingly

 Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience with proven success in cold calling, prospecting and closing
  • Strong client-facing skills and effective selling to an executive, owner and/or decision maker with a consultative approach
  • Two-year technical school or Associate’s degree preferred
  • Desire and ability to work independently and reliably; self-motivated
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Must provide own, reliable vehicle for business use
  • Excellent customer relation skills
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Basic computer knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Worked with Salesforce and other CRM software is a plus
  • Understanding of local government processes.
