Job Summary

The Marketing Director is responsible to work with the management team in our Somerset, NJ Office to define and communicate our brand, our solutions and our successes to our prospects and clients. We expect you to be able to expand and execute our marketing message with assistance from our internal team as well as outside sources.

We are looking for a hands on person to that has the experience and capabilities to learn our solutions quickly and develop an plan to expand our marketplace and execute multiple campaigns across multiple channels and provide the tools for our sales team to close deals.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Work directly with the VP of Operations to execute marketing initiatives across multiple channels and help fill the marketing gaps.
  • Setup and implement ad campaigns on Facebook, Google, & other social media. You will be expected to define the audience, craft the message, coordinate the design, and execute the campaigns to achieve our user acquisition goals.
  • Coordinate our event schedule for upcoming tradeshows and other events we want to participate in or host. This includes booking spaces, coordinating with the shows, devising and executing event marketing strategies.
  • Work with our design team to implement new designs for ads, landing pages, printed materials and other design assets.
  • Collaborate with the social and email associates on different campaigns.
  • Compile reports on the performance of our various campaigns and efforts.

 Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • A degree in business, marketing or management.
  • 2-3+ years of professional experience in a technical or software based company
  • Executed on social ad & retargeting/retention campaigns
  • Familiar with compiling reports on KPIs across different channels and tools.
  • Experience in event marketing, coordinating, scheduling, & attending events.
  • Worked with Salesforce and Graphic Design software is a plus
  • Understanding of local government processes
